I've always felt there was a simple way to handle life's ups and downs but the way seemed elusive. I've tried many
forms of meditation, different forms of cognitive therapy, different styles of behavior modification workshops and many motivational
weekends. But once I was home, what the good doctor said or the optimistic speaker spoke was as lost as the many workshop and weekend
motivational manuals were lost amongst the books on the shelf. They collected dust like my consciousness continued to collect awarenesses
for me to endlessly process.
I got great "Ahas" from these journeys, but the only thing that changed was that I had greater understanding
of the "Whys?" of my life choices. It was as though I lived life in a reflection of it vs. in the present moment of experiencing
it. Once I was finished endlessly processing the "Whys?" and their attendant dramas, The Experience Workshop allowed me to find my
path because my path is my experience.
Now life is simple. I've learned know how to experience life with depth and appreciation and
still stand in my power because I know where I am standing at any given moment-I can feel it. I don't have to think it to death.
